The course takes place over the duration of approximately 2 ½ hours – 3 hours and is divided into different sections:
After completing the practical course in our state of the art Barista Academy you will need to complete an online exam. Once completed you will receive a Mean Bean Barista Academy Certificate.
Upon completion of the course, students should be able to:
-Have a basic knowledge and understanding of coffee
-Be able to adjust a grinder to the perfect grind
-Pull the perfect Espresso shot
-Know how to steam milk
-Have a basic understanding of how Latte art works and how to do it
-Practical – 1 hour 45 mins
